Our fees
Agent's comission- 3 % of the purchase price of the respective property with minimum fee of 500 EUR.
Company set up fee- 500 EUR for registration of Bulgarian company. (By the current Bulgarian legislation foreign citizens can't buy land in Bulgaria. They can register a company which then owns the property with the land. This is the most common law method that enables foreign citizens to own the property with land). The price includes all fees: court and notary taxes, lawyer taxes, translations, etc. (This price do not include 5000 lv. foundation capital for the registration of the company. It can be withdrawn from the bank in full as soon as registration is completed.) If you wish to purchase an apartment or flat you do not need to establish a Bulgarian company.
STEPS
1) Make a preliminary contract (put a reservation deposit that takes the property off the market for 30 or more days – usually 10% of the asking price )
2) Register a company – sign the documents for establishment of a Bulgarian limited company that enables foreign citizens to own property with land. Please note that it is not necessary to set up a company in case of purchase of an apartment.
3) Check by solicitor on:
- Title documents
- Licenses and permissions
- Debts on title
- Terms of contract
4) Sign the notary deed – full payment of the property
VIEWING TRIPS, ACCOMODATION AND TRANSPORT
- RECEPTION at Varna airport, booking an accommodation and assist rent a car opportunity – free of any charge.
- COST OF TRANSPORT: The viewing trips are free of charge. The only carge applied is the fuel cost, that is 0,15 EUR cents per kilometer. If you purchase a property through our company the fuel costs are being deducted from our agent's comission.
